Let Them Eat Cake! opened in Davis, CA on August 31, 2009. Owned by Paulette Coffman and her two daughters, UC Davis students Brittany and Chelsea, this cupcake and specialty cake shop uses only the freshest ingredients (no preservatives!) and offers 3 daily cupcake flavors and a rotating weekly menu of 24 flavors. Today, more than 80 additional flavors are available by special order. Among the fun and funky weekly flavors are two vegan cupcakes, with more vegan options and gluten-free cupcakes available by special order. Each cupcake flavor is also
available as a cake.
For birthdays, parties, weddings, and other special occasions, the bakery offers cupcake towers and tiered cakes. If you want a more hands-on way to celebrate your special day, Party-to-Go packages let you create your own cupcakes! The packages include the cupcakes, sprinkles, and frosting (which can be colored upon request) so that you can have the fun of decorating and (of course, eating) them!
There is only one thing we love almost as much as we love cupcakes—and that is coffee! Not just any “cup of joe” will do, so you can be certain that when we say that Ritual coffee is hands-down the best coffee we’ve ever tasted, it’s absolutely true!
